SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES: LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR FREEDOM250 U.S-NIGERIA’S CREATIVE ECONOMY IN FOCUS

The U. S. CONSULATE GENERAL LAGOS Nigeria is seeking for a qualified organization to design and deliver a 12-month LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR FREDOM250 U.S-NIGERIA’S CREATIVE ECONOMY IN FOCUS across different creative events. The qualified organization are required to send their quotes for the service for consideration. Find attached for details.

Moreover, due to the new requirement of Government for offerors to comply with National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), in consonance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, all vendors are required to fill attached.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following:

  1. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be sent to Lagosprocurement@state.gov and should have the same subject line.
  2. Vendors must state delivery terms
  3. Deadline for offer submission is September 25, 2026. 16:00hrs

Payment term is Net 30.

You are required to submit two quotations – ONE Technical quote and the other Price quote – both in one email. 

LATE BID WILL NOT BE HONORED and Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted. Oral quotations will not be accepted.

SPECIAL NOTE:

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database
